RETURN&EXCHANGE
Our return policy is valid within 14 days from the date of delivery. Frostrenda Store guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from frostrenda.com.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem piece rather than the entire package.).
Please contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address before returning any items. Be sure to use standard postal services and provide a valid tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
Before you return your merchandise please follow the steps below:
-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.
-Email us at service@frostrenda.com

Items that are refundable:
We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

REFUND TIME FRAME
The standard refund procedure takes 7 to 14 business days dependent on your issuing bank.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
